Equipping the Saints, Ephesians 4:11-16

Christ gave apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers — not to do the ministry on our behalf, but to equip the saints for it. Every believer has a gift, every gift is work, and every joint supplies something the body cannot grow without. A call to stop being children tossed by every wind of doctrine and to grow up into the full stature of Christ.
